The project is a Major Use Permit to install and operate a 45' wireless telecommunication facility. The project site is located on 10950 Boulder Creek Rd in the Central Mountain Subregional Plan Area, within unincorporated San Diego County. The site is subject to the General Plan Rural Lands (RL-40). Zoning for the site is General Rural (S92). The site contains several existing accessory structures for the Church of Today used for retreat purposes, which will remain. Access would be provided by a private driveway connecting to Boulder Creek Road. No extension of sewer or water utilities will be required by the project.
