Document Description
Proposal to establish a day care center for up to 44 children and five (5) staff on 0.51 acre parcel. The day care center will utilize an existing 2308 square foot single family residence and construct the following additional improvements. A paved driveway/ access drive with 10 paved parking spaces, including one handicapped parking space; a 1125 sq. ft. playground area for infant and toddlers in the existing front yard, excluding and additional area for a sand box; a 1600 sq. ft. playground area for pre-school children behind the building; a 1430 sq. ft. playground area for after school children at the rear of the improvement area; a 6-foot high block wall along portions of the north and south property line; a 4-foot block wall around the infant and toddler play area; a new septic system, and; interior building improvements.
