Document Description
The project consists of the construction of an affordable housing community consisting of 60 units of multi-family apartments containing one, two, three, and four bedroom units on approximately 4.40 acres. There will also be a community building that will include a fully furnished community/meeting room and a pool, bbq/picnic area and recreational play area. The project is located on the north east corner of S. Orange and East Dinuba Ave in the City of Reedley addressed as 2020 East Dinuba Ave.
