CDFW is intending to amend a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (# 1600-2013-0066-R5) to the project applicant, City of Escondido. Project activities include dredging and excavating concrete and earthen channels and basins, clearing culverts and associated inlet and outlet structures, repairing existing concrete or riprap, vegetation clearing and trimming, and clearing and grading access roads.
