Note: Disregard Review Period Per Lead, until a later time The proposed project is the construction of an access road that would connect the Otay Water District's Regulatory Site to the terminus of a road serving the County of San Diego Sheriff's Station currently under construction and to a paved road that connects to SR 94. The proposed alignment would generally occur along an existing unpaved road access road that extends to the Sheriff's Station site and an existing paved road that connects to SR-94. The access road would be 24 feet wide, paved with asphalt concrete, and would include 2-foot-wide shoulders on each side of the road. The access road would be used by OWD staff vehicles as well as regional Fire District vehicles accessing the Heartland Regional Training Facility that is contained within the OWD Regulatory Site.
