The LLWD proposes construction of a Non-Potable Water System, which includes the Temescal Canyon Pipeline, the Dawson Canyon Pipeline, and a 1.5 MG non-potable water tank in unincorporated Riverside County, CA. The intended purpose of the pipelines and water tank is to supply non-potable recycled water to irrigation customers in the LLWD area.
