Document Description
The proposed project is the construction of a mini retail commercial shopping center consisting of a 5,022 sf retail building, a gas service station, accessory parking and landscaping on a 40,291 gsf site. The project includes conditional use requests to: 1) operate a retail/convenience store 24-hours per day in lieu of the 7:00 am to 11:00 pm restriction, 2) to allow public parking in the residential zoned portion of the site, and 3) a request to allow a gas service station to operate 24-hours per day in lieu of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Monday through Friday and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. The project involves the removal of dirt and asphalt pavement on the 40,291 sf site.
