The Fresno County Office of Education (FCOE) will construct and operate a microwave communications tower 180 feet in height on the Orange Center Elementary School campus. FCOE is the internet service provider for the school. The project will allow point-to-point communications between the school and the FCOE office in downtown Fresno.
