Site Development Permit (SDP) to allow for the removal and replacement of an existing deteriorated 24-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP) with a new 250-foot long 24-inch reinforced concrete pipe to be installed within the existing storm drain alignment. Associated new improvements would include installation of a new cleanout structure, concrete cutoff walls, a headwall, energy dissipater and rip rap pad. The project would also restore and revegetate an eroded portion of the canyon slope adjacent to the pipe alignment caused by a break in the CMP storm drain occurring as a result of
