Document Description
The construction use and maintenance of a proposed 40,207 square-foot restaurant, arcade and entertainment facility within a tenant space in an existing two-level, 250,000 square-foot shopping center. The proposed use will include the sale and dispensing of a full line of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption, a penny arcade with up to 200 electronic and/or mechanical arcade type games, billiard tables and live entertainment, with inside seating for 620 patrons and outside patio seating for 48 patrons, and hours of operation and alcoholic beverage sales from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m., daily. The project site is located in the C2-1 Zone.
