Document Description
Resources for Community Development (RCD) is developing the Ashland Family Housing a Green Point Rated affordable housing project located at 16309 - 16331 Kent Avenue, Ashland area of unincorporated Alameda County. The project envisions demolition of existing structures and new construction of 85 affordable rental apartments. A total of 2,339 sf of commercial space will be placed along the East 14th frontage. In addition to the mixed-uses, a community room, classrooms, computer room, office and garden community room will also be constructed. A total of 99 parking spaces will be provided.
