EMWD proposes to construct a 5.63-million-gallon water storage tank and associated 24-inch diameter underground potable water transmission pipeline; a booster station with an initial capacity of 2400 gallons per minute (GPM) and ultimate capacity of 5,625 GPM, and associated 24-inch diameter and 18-inch diameter underground pipeline facilities. Following the construction of the new Watson Booster Station, the existing Vista Booster Station would be demolished.
