Document Description
This regulatory action is for a proposed Conditional Waiver of Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs). The intent of the Conditional Waiver is to ensure agricultural wastewater discharges and discharges of wastes from drain maintenance in the Bard unit of the Reservation Division in Imperial County, occur in a manner that does not adversely affect the beneficial uses defined in the Basin Plan for the Bard Unit Drains, and the Colorado River. Accordingly, the proposed Conditional Waiver also establishes conditions for drain maintenance discharges that occur as a result of drain operation and maintenance (O&M) activities.
