The OHMVR Division proposes to install, operate, and maintain meteorological, sand flux, and particulate matter monitoring equipment and dust and track-out control measures in and within the vicinity monitoring equipment in and within the vicinity of Rancho Guadalupe Dunes County Park in Santa Barbara County. Pismo State Beach, Oceano Dunes SVRA, and Rancho Guadalupe Dunes County Park are located on California's central coast within the coastal zone, are bordered by private and public lands, and provide public access to beaches, including off-highway motor vehicle recreation in the Oceano Dunes SVRA.
