Document Description
The applicant proposes to construct a fuel conversion facility, natural gas to Dimethyl Ether at 5451 Kershaw Road. The Oberon Fuels converts natural gas to dimethyl ether (DME process consists of three major steps: syngas production, methanol synthesis, and simultaneous DME synthesis and separation via catalytic distillation. The DME unit planned for the Kershaw Feed Mill property will be implemented in two phases, with Phase 1 being a start-up phase that includes only the final methanol to DME catalytic distillation step and Phase 2 being the final, full-scale natural gas to DME production unit.
