The bluff-top drainage improvement project generally consists of minor excavation, clearing and grubbing, construction of gabion baskets, installation of geotextile fabric, drainage ditch, and select backfill intended to correct deficient drainage that is adversely impacting the public trail and eroding the bluff-top.
