Document Description
The Permittee proposes to restore approximately 17.73 acres of active flood plain to 2004 conditions by removing approximately 29,730 cubic yards of fill. All invasive and non-native vegetation shall be removed from the project site prior to commencement of restoration activities. Grading shall remove a berm along the outside edge of the flood plain and a cross field drainage channel. The cross field drainage channel shall be bermed and turned into a grassed waterway and vegetated filter approximately 30 feet wide. Multiple small diameter drains conveying runoff from farm roads during rain events shall be constructed and empty into small 5ft x 5ft debris basins before entering the grassed waterway, debris basin before ent4ering the grassed waterway.
