Document Description
The project proposes to renovate approximately 9,000 assignable square-feet of space on the 2nd floor of the UCSD Medical Center at Hillcrest in two phases. Phase I consists of renovation of approximately 4,800 ASF of existing vacant space to clinical lab. Scope of work includes demolition and reconstruction of walls, doors, and finishes. Building system upgrades include mechanical, electrical, HVAC and data. In addition to clinical to lab space, existing offices would be renovated for staff use. Phase 2 consists of renovation of approximately 3,300 ASF of space vacated by the lab functions in Phase 1. Scope of work includes demolition and reconstruction of walls and door.
