Document Description
Utilize the Ranch House, historic Orchard, white barn and surrounding areas of Andrew Molera State Park for DPR-permitted weddings and other special events. Work will level ground, clear dead vegetation, revegetation as necessary, add compacted base rock and decomposed granite to accessible parking space to level surface, and increase number of standard parking spaces with compacted d.g. At the Ranch House accessbility upgrades will decrease slope of porch, replace boards on ramp, install accessible fixtures in lavatory, and install swing-clear hinges and remove door stops to provide minimum clearance. Events fees will generate resource and staffing funds necessary to manage the events and provide maintenance for historic resources.
