Document Description
Install vehicle barriers and gates at various locations along the Rattlesnake Bar Day Use Area entrance road and parking areas to restrict vehicular access to designated roads and parking areas. Work will: * Install approximately 2650 feet of steel guard rail along the paved entrance road to the boat ramp and around the existing paved parking lots. This will require excavation of approximately 440 post holes, 12 inches diameter and 2 feet deep. * Grade a portion of an exisitng user created parking area (approximately 35,000 sq. ft.), install and compact crushed rock in parking area and place large boulders around perimeter of this newly named "Vista Parking Area" to contain vehicles. * Excavate 8 posts holes, 12 inches diameter and 2-3 feet deep, to install four gates at various locations to control vehicles.
