Document Description
Minor renovations to the California State Library Annex, which was constructed in 1994. The scope of work includes all materials and equipment necessary to replace two sets of double doors on the first and second floors of the building and all signage throughout the building. The doors on the first floor would be replaced with glass double doors with automatic door openers, providing better visual control of publlc traffic. The doors on the second floor would be replaced with new doors and a security card reader, providing enhanced security. The replacement of signage throughout the building is necessary because of alterations made to the building and changes in tenants. The new signage would increase the accessibility and functionality of the building.
