Document Description
The purpose of this project is to interpret and rehabilitate the Pierce-Robson Olive Orchard, within the Lower Reach of Hollister Hills SVRA, as a cultural resource to visitors. The interpretation aspect of this project will be achieved by establishing a self-guided riding trail through the olive orchard with interpretation panels. Rehabilitation efforts will include: pruning, clearing of ground cover and invasive plants within the orchard, possible installation of an irrigation system during drought years and volunteer trail closures.
