Document Description
The purpose of the Project is to maintain a portion of Aspen Road and to replace two existing deteriorated drainage facilities that pass surface waters beneath the roadway. Concrete headwalls and wingwalls will also be constructed at the upstream and downstream ends of the culvert. In addition, the roadway will be repaved and the shoulders widened, in places, to meet current roadway standards.
