Document Description
This project address impacts to DFG jurisdictional areas associated with the construction of a winery and wedding facility at 40205 Calle Cabernet. Construction of the facility resulted in disturbance to the beds, banks, and associated riparian vegetation of an ephemeral stream. Unauthorized impacts to DFG jurisdictional areas due to the dam construction total approximately 0.028 acres. This project authorizes a total of 0.028 acres of habitat impacts for clearing vegetation, recontouring the drainage, placing rip-rap and gravel to control erosion within approximately 400 linear feet of the drainage, and restoring 0.050 acre of riparian habitat.
