Document Description
Donner Creek culvert at Coldstream Road failed March 2012. Although some repairs were completed to allow use of the road at the time, the bottom of the culvert is oxidized, allowing water to seep beneath and around the outside of the culvert. This project will retrofit the existing metal culvert with a reinforced concrete bottom, with minimal impact to the area outside the culvert. This project will eliminate the erosion occurring beneath the culvert. Coldstream Road is the only access for emergency services to the businesses and home located on the south side of Donner Creek off Coldstream Road.
