Document Description
The Perris Beach snack has not been used for ten years and consequently has become a hazard for park visitors. The building is infested with vermin, the roof is sloughed and sagging and mold is throughout the interior. It is not feasible to try to make repairs to salvage the building. This project will demolish the building but leave the concrete columns intact that hold up (2) existing shade ramadas that surround the snack bar, converting the use of the snack bar to a shade structure that can be utilized by park visitors.
