The Fletcher Cove Community Center (FCCC or Community Center) is located at 133 Pacific Avenue between Plaza Street and Helix Avenue in the City of Solana Beach (City). The Community Center is located on the coastal bluff directly above Fletcher Cove Beach on a 0.95-acre parcel. The existing General Plan land use designation for the site is Open Space and Recreation. The existing zoning designation for the site is Open Space and Recreation. Portions of the site are within the Hillside Overlay and the Scenic Area Overlay zone. The existing FCCC structure was fully renovated in 2011 and is 1,237 sf in size.
