The project site comprises 1.4 acres located at 1193 Lick Avenue, San Jose, California, at the southwest corner of the intersection of Lick Avenue and Goodyear Street. The project would develop a 600-student elementary school within the Rocketship Education Public Charter School system. The school would be located on approximately 0.61 acres. The project would also develop a Joint Use Area (parking lot, and play areas) on 0.79 acres that would be constructed and maintained by Rocketship Education but owned by the City of San Jose and available for public use outside of school hours.
