Site Approval application for the parking of five trucks and ten trailers, the conversion of an existing 1,200 square foot building into a maintenance shop and a 150 square foot office and bathroom as shown on the revised site plan dated January 11, 2013. Repair and routine maintenance of trucks may permit as an accessory use only to the proposed operation. On-site repairs of trucks, other than the five trucks and ten trailers included within the project description are not permitted. Located on the south side of Loomis Road, 1,150 feet west of State Route 99 West Frontage Road, Stockton.
