Document Description
The request is for an approval of a Use Permit for the construction and operation of a 3.0 MW solar facility within a 21-acre fenced-in area on a 53-acre property. The solar facility would consist of an array of photovoltaic panels arranged in rows running in north-south direction. The solar panels would be supported on a single-axis tracking system that would allow the array to track the path of the sun (from east to west) throughout the day. The solar panels would be wired together and connected to inverters in order to convert the Direct Current (DC) produced by the PV panels into Alternating Current (AC).
