Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes a project to improve traffic operations and safety on U.S. Route 395, in Sierra County, from the Nevada State line to 0.1 mile north. The project would reconfigure an intersection of U.S. Route 395 and Scott Road and relocate a median cross-over for emergency and maintenance vehicles. These improvements will clearly define traffic movements and direction of travel on this section if divided highway.
