Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0267-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Ferd Del Rosario/City of Dublin. This proposed project involves the expansion of 1.9 miles of Dougherty Road to a six-lane arterial and the addition of on-street bicycle lanes. The purpose of these improvements is to address traffic congestion and multi-modal circulation issues for commuters traveling Dougherty Road. The Project will also widen the roadway from a four-lane roadway to a six-lane divided roadway with a raised landscaped median.
