Document Description
A Conditional Use Permit, Special Permit and Lot Line Adjustment for a new Hospice of Humboldt campus. The Conditional Use Permit is required to allow for a quasi public use in a residential zone. Hospice of Humboldt is a non-profit organization. The Special Permit is for a parking exception and to allow for an existing logging road within the streamside management area to be used as a walking trail on a permanent basis. The campus will be 10 acres and include an administration and out patient building, in patient hospice 12 bed building, chapel and maintenance building. Additionally walking paths, trails, gardens and water features will be developed as part of the landscaping.
