Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development of anew end-of-life service campus (Hospice Campus) for Hospice of Humboldt (HOH) (Figure 4). The new Hospice Campus will organize and expand HOH's services to the Northern Humboldt community. A 12-bed, inpatient facility will provide end-of-life care to residents. Home care and administrative functions will be housed under one roof to interact more efficiently and to share resources and information.
