Document Description
The proposed project is to legalize an existing reception facility, Nestldown Ranch, through obtaining Use Permit, Architecture and Site Approval (ASA), Grading and tentative cancellation of the Land Conservation Contract 76.054 (Williamson Contract). Proposed site improvements for the reception use include installation parking areas, access driveways, building and legalizing various structures throughout the site. The project is also required to install fire hydrants as well as additional septic system and leachfield.
