Yuba County's Public Works Department seeks environmental approval for the Powerline Road Bicycle & Pedestrian Improvements Project Phase 3 which consists of adding sidewalks and bicycle lanes along Powerline Road from 9th Avenue to just north of 6th Avenue and improving the local drainage system in the unincorporated community of Olivehurst in southern Yuba County.
