Yuba County's Public Works Department seeks environmental approval for the Loma Rica Safety Improvement Project Phase 2 which consists of roadway rehabilitation and drainage improvements along Loma Rica Road (from Scott Grant Road to Los Verjeles Road) and the realignment of the intersection of Loma Rica Road and Cross Star Trail in the unincorporated foothill region of Yuba County 16 miles northeast of the City of Marysville.
