Text amendment applications to amend the Mountain House Master Plan section 3.9.3, Specific Plan I section 3.3.3, Specific Plan II section 3.4.2, Specific Plan III section 3.4.2.1, and the Development Title section 9-1270.3M regarding the Mountain House Affordable Housing Program. These amendments will: 1) remove the requirement for mandatory affordable housing reviews by the Board of Supervisors; 2) eliminate the requirement for mandatory enforcement actions by the Board of Supervisors to address affordable housing issue subsequent to such housing reviews; and 3) replace the regional housing index, used to automatically adjust the Affordable Housing Impact Fee, with a local housing index.
