Document Description
The DTSC, pursuant the authority granted under Chapter 6.5 of the Health and Safety Code has approved an Interim Measure (IM) project to remediate contamination in in vadose zone soils currently impacting groundwater at the PCCR Inc. Lynwood facility (Site). Corrective action began at the site in 1989. Groundwater and soil vapor extraction systems were installed by 2003. In 2008, DTSC requested additional soil and groundwater investigation to re-evaluate current conditions at the Site. The soil investigation was completed n 2009, and the offsite groundwater investigation was completed in 2010.
