Document Description
A 13 megawatt photovoltaic solar power generation facility on ~40 acres of land. This would consist of rows of solar panels held up on steel racks, with a potential height of +\- 10 feet. The entire site will enclosed by a 8 foot wall block wall with landscaping along the Dos Palmas Road and Mesa Linda Avenue frontage and proposed chain link fencing along the property that fronts the SCE power line easement and SCE substation. The project also includes a Municipal Code Amendment to allow solar power facilities in single family residential zones and rescinding the previous Planned Unit Development on the subject site back to standard R-1 Single Family Zoning.
