Document Description
The proposed elementary school will consist of 30 classrooms, administrative and multi-purpose rooms, outdoor field areas, paved parking (80 spaces), and landscaping throughout the campus. The proposed campus will house up to 1,000 students and approximately 75 employees. Construction is anticipated to begin in June 2013 with an opening date in August 2014. There is an existing man-made drainage channel that borders the site on the south and the east. Because of student safety issues associated with potential standing water, as well as site access issues along the southern border, the District plans to install a drainage pipe that is of the same capacity as existing conditions and will fill the channel to match the ultimate grade.
