The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) is proposing to approve a Remedial Action Plan (RAP) for soil and groundwater (Project) for the subject Project pursuant to authority granted under Chapter 6, 8, Division 20, California Health & Safety Code (H&SC). The purpose of the Project is to implement the proposed RAP for the former Charles Caine Company, Inc Facility (CCI) in order to protect public health, safety, and the environment.
