Sycamore Island Fishing Pond Enhancement Project, will include construction of public access and habitat enhancements to a gravel pit pond at the San Joaquin River Conservancy's Sycamore Island property. DWR was awarded Proposition 1 grant funds through the Wildlife Conservation Board to design and construct the public access and habitat enhancement project in cooperation with CDFW. DWR as a responsible agency pursuant to section 15096(i), will apply for environmental permits to complete the project.
