The applicant proposes to construct public access enhancements to a recreational fishing pond located at the San Joaquin River Conservancy's Sycamore Island property. The enhancements will include constructing a new boat-launch ramp, an ADA accessible path and fishing pier, improved parking lot, and single-vault toilet restroom facility. It will also include the construction and operation of two French drains that would be installed on the eastern and western berms of the Sycamore Island fishing pond.
