CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2014-0062-R6 (Revision 2), pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Regent French Valley, LLC. The project is limited to the development of 342.3 acres for the construction of up to 1,282 homes in varying densities, recreational areas, open spaces, eight detention basins, streets, and infrastructure, and will include grading and filling of several ephemeral streams, improvements to the existing at-grade crossing of Fields Drive, construction of a road spanning the Metropolitan Water District San Diego Canal, construction of the South Street crossing over French Valley Creek, the development of a 15-in sewer alignment, and the creation and restoration/enhancement of habitat.
