Document Description
The approximately 344-acre Project site is located in the County of Riverside at Washington Street and Keller Road and includes approximately 218 acres on the west side of the San Diego Canal with the remainder of the Project site located to the east of the canal. The Project includes a split foundation Specific Plan that would allow for the development of up to 1,326 residential units and open space and/or recreational features. This Specific Plan may be modified before the Project moves forward, and the actual unit count may also be adjusted.
