Document Description
The proposed project is a request to construct three (3) concrete tilt-up industrial/warehouse buildings in addition to a four (4) building retail component. Existing agriculture land on the proposed project site will be removed and replaced by the proposed project, consisting of ~3,070,400 sf of warehouse/distribution building space and ~46,600 sf of retail building space (totaling 3,117,000 sf). The total building area of the proposed project will occupy ~46% of the 155.5-acre site.
