Document Description
The proposed water recycling pipeline would be located entirely within public street rights-of-way in the Sepulveda Basin. The project area would connect to the existing recycled water distribution system at Vanowen Street near Van Nuys Golf Course and install approx. 11,550 linear feet of 16" diameter pipeline along Vanowen Street, turning South on Havenhurst Avenue then West on Victory Blvd. The pipeline will then split North and South on Balboa Blvd to connect Sepulveda Basin Sports Complex and other customers. The proposed alignment abuts a variety of commercial, residential, open space, public facilities, and limited manufacturing uses.
