Document Description
The proposed project is to establish a development program for a retail/commercial use. The applicant is proposing the construction of a 14,927 sf retail store (99c Only Stores), parking lot, landscaping, and associated improvements on a vacant property. Off-site improvements include the relocation of an existing bus stop/shelter. In addition to the current proposed use, the development program would also allow permitted uses described in the C-2 and C-3 Zones, except for automobile battery service, automobile brake repair, automobile muffler shops, automobile radiator shops, automobile repair garages, and car washes (automatic, coin-operated and hand wash). All uses subject to permit in the C-3 Zone would still be subject to permit.
