Document Description
Allow two photovoltaic solar power generation facilities with related improvements including 70-foot high electrical utility poles, approximately fifty-two 336 sf inverter buildings, two substations and nine-foot high chain-link fencing on 321.04 (Project 1) and 161.06 (Project 2) acre parcels and 58-feet overhead generation tie line in the AE-20 (Exclusive Agriculture, 20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District. The project sites are located on the west side of S. Bernardino Avenue between Whites Bridge Avenue and W. California Avenue (Project 1); and on the north side of Whites Bridge Avenue between North Washoe Avenue and North San Diego Avenue (Project 2), approximately two miles southwest of the nearest city limits of the City of Mendota in Fresno County (SUP. DIST.: 1) (Project 1 APNs: 019-050-61st 019-040-05st) (Project 2 APN: 019-040-05st).
